Platform referred here relates to the “Services” provided by us. The Platforms are owned, managed, and operated by Theia New Consultancy LLP (hereinafter referred as “TNC”) having its registered office at A-001, Plot NO 17, Sai Sakshi CHS, Sector-3, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai – 400701. Theia New Consultancy LLP which includes its affiliates will follow the said Privacy Policy and is owner of the website www.theianew.com .

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, reveal and safeguard personal information about the Users of these Services, including the other service providers on our platform. TNC is committed to secure/protect all information/data on our platforms. TNC reserves the right to change, alter, add or delete portions of the Terms of this Privacy Policy, at our sole discretion, at any time.

This Privacy Policy is in compliance with: –

· Regulation 4 of the Information Technology (reasonable Security Practices, Procedures and Sensitive Personal Information) Rules, 2011 (the “SPI Rules”);

Use of the Services or by otherwise giving us your information, you will be considered to have read, understood and agreed to the Practices and Policies charted in this Privacy Policy and agree to be assured by the Privacy Policy. Our collection, use and sharing, disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy is agreed upon by you; otherwise, do not use any of the Services or give us any of your information. If you use the Services on behalf of someone else (such as your child) or an Entity (such as your Employer), you signify that you are authorised by such Individual or Entity to (i) accept this Privacy Policy on such Individual’s or Entity’s behalf, and (ii) consent on behalf of such Individual or Entity to our Collection, Use and Revelation of such Individual’s or Entity’s Information as defined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Consent

1.1 A criterion for obtaining access to the Platforms and usage of the Services is the acceptance of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy shall apply to all Users that use the Platforms or avail the Services offered by TNC. You grant your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy by:

1.1.1 Getting into the Platforms or registering on any specific Platform in the manner as provided for in the applicable terms and conditions suitable to the specific Platform.

1.1.2 Information inputs to Platform as deemed needs to be given during registering. User may be required to give additional inputs as an when Platform is upgraded for more services.

1.1.3 Availing various services from the Platform as per the term specified time to time.

1.2 TNC may communicate to the user via mail or any relevant media to pass information and other data as required by the user to avail our services. On registration with us as user, you grant consent to forward all relevant updates on products/services to you. However, you may opt not to receive any promotional data, by sending email to support@theianew.com

1.3 At any point, You as User can opt to deregister from our Platform. Upon deregistering, all your information will be hidden to any source, unless you wish to do so. TNC also reserves the right to discontinue Services for any User with or without notice.

2. Information Input

2.1 While accessing our Platform, User will have to provide with personal or other relevant information which are required for functionality of the Services/access to the Platform.

2.2 The information required by various Users is defined as follows: –

2.2.1 Common to ALL USERS hereinafter referred as “Customers”

2.2.1.1 Name, Age, Location, Gender, Occupation, Contact No, email id etc.

2.2.1.2 Payment details

2.2.1.3 Data required for service (such as old medical history, etc.)

2.2.2 Doctors/Medical Professional, Statutory Agencies, Government Bodies, Professional etc. hereinafter referred as “Beneficiaries”

2.2.2.1 Credentials to establish relationship to use our platform as deemed by TNC.

2.2.2.2 Availability Schedule to be published

2.3 Sensitive Information : – You may also share certain sensitive financial information which includes within its domain personal information of any individual relating to financial inputs such as bank account / credit card / debit card or other payment instrument details; sensitive personal information like physical, physiological, and mental health condition; sexual orientation; medical records and history; any detail relating to the above as provided to or received by TNC for processing or storage. As a part of the Services and use of the Beneficiaries or Customer, you may also give sensitive financial information and sensitive personal information which may be uploaded on to the Platforms, including data in relation to health, medical records, prescription data and recordings of consultations as set out in part 2.2. You agree that you are uploading such information willingly and on your own accord or have the necessary consents to upload the same. Any data that is freely available to the public or made available to TNC through public sources or by way of right to information will not be considered as sensitive personal information.

2.4 Beneficiaries shall prior to uploading any personal information or sensitive financial information or sensitive personal information of any Customer obtain appropriate consent from the concerned as required by law of the land. Any personal information or sensitive financial information or sensitive personal information of the Customer received by TNC shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

2.5 TNC will administer all pertinent security measures so as keep the information on the Platform secure. These security measures will be revised time to time and proper action will be taken to strengthen the same.

3. Methodology for Input

3.1 Information as mentioned in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy may either be directly collected from Customer/Beneficiaries or from third party agencies with appropriate consent.

3.2 Specific information may be required to be submitted for certain features of certain Platforms and Services to work. These also means that you could automatically

receive technical information about your device, including your IP address, time-zone, mobile operating system, location, plug-in details, due to the communication protocol settings on the Internet.

3.3 In the event of customer/beneficiaries using multiple platforms, the data exchange will be enabled on getting the consent of the User.

4. Information Use protocol

4.1 TNC will gather and hold personal information for such time as is necessary to provide our Services to you and for regulatory purposes. Any personal information submitted by you on the Platforms or retained by us will be used only for the purposes mentioned below:

4.1.1 Registration and renewal on Platform

4.1.2 To facilitate services as desired by the Platform

4.1.3 To facilitate financial transactions as desired for the service

4.1.4 To generate record and history for reuse of data

4.1.5 To help the user to assist transfer of data within the same platforms for various other services.

4.1.6 To maintain record as per law of land.

4.1.7 To reuse the data for resolving grievances, complaints and feedbacks.

4.1.8 TNC does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Services and, therefore, TNC unambiguously disclaims any liability with regard to the Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Services, and you agree that you waive any claims against TNC relating to same, and to the extent such waiver may be ineffective, you agree to release any claims against TNC relating to the same.

5. Information Disclosure:

In order to execute the Services to full potential, TNC will need to disclose certain information to third parties as mentioned in the Privacy Policy/Terms and Conditions. All such information will be limited to the required mandate in order to run the services in a professional manner.

TNC will retain data only for periods of time as may be required for the provision of Services or as required under applicable laws. Confidentiality of such information shall be maintained during the period of retention. We may also retain some of your information, if necessary, even after you have closed your account, or we no longer need to provide you with the Services.

Data collected during use or transactions which include technical, operational, and physical security controls will be secured on the computer servers placed in a protected environment. It is also TNC’s endeavour that all third-party service providers to whom personal information is provided take similar safety measures with the information that is received by them from TNC. Even though we have taken significant steps to protect your personally identifiable information, no company, including TNC or its third-party service providers can fully eradicate security risks associated with personal information. TNC also disclaims any responsibility for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unlawful manner.

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of External/Third-Party Links as it is not within our control.

Use of temporary cookies by TNC Platform to store certain data that is not sensitive personal data or information that is used by us for upkeep of the Platforms and their features as well as research and development, and for administration of your account. For providing marketing or promotional content or optimizing Services, we may allow approved third parties to place or recognize a unique cookie on the Platforms. No personal information is stored in the cookies.

10. Amendment

TNC may amend and/or update this Privacy Policy from time to time with or without notice to its users. This amendment will normally be part of various services provided and to be current with the time/market.
