The last couple of years have been tough on everyone. Yes, onset of Covid-19 pandemic has changed not only how human beings go ahead with their lives, it has also changed the way businesses are run. It has adversely affected many companies. Some have closed down operations. Some have survived. Some have adapted to the changing times and are flourishing. It is very clear that the tough times are going to continue, hence it is only the tough ones that will last the distance; in life or in business.
Theia New Consultancy (TNC) is proud of the fact that business has taken an upward curve during these tough times by adjusting suitably. Each vertical of TNC’s business moved on-line in a way that accessibility to clients increased manifold. Export deliverables were met with active support from our manufacturers and logistics teams. Business deals were finalized from different parts of the Middle East and Africa. TNC is working on representing various Principals across various product lines and services. Effectively, TNC is surging ahead. HEALIOS is in an advanced stage and getting ready for deployment. More Engineering Colleges in India have signed MoU’s for TNC’s Campus to Corporate Program.
A few of our associates inevitably contacted Covid. They recovered. We owe it to the medical fraternity and associated caregivers who are working relentlessly during these tough times. Team TNC is driven by a common goal, working together to achieve. Aristotle had so famously said, Sum of the parts is greater than the whole. Team TNC exemplifies that.
We also took time out to celebrated birthdays, the New Year and the festivals that came along. We travelled. We also rejoiced in our little successes. We egged each other on. With the support of our well-wishers, our Principals and our Clients, TNC is headed in the right direction. All our verticals are in good stead. Yes, when the going gets tough, the tough get going.
